Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was convenient, close to the port and restaurants, but the noise from the main road was a big drawback. The room had a wee terrace for a pre-drank drink, but the old bathroom was not what I expected from the pictures online. The hotel had friendly staff, with some going out of their way to help, while others were not so accommodating. The dining experience was top-notch, with a buffet offering a nice variety of foods. The facilities were decent, but some updates could enhance the overall experience.
The hotel provided a mixed experience, with basic but clean rooms that didn't meet expectations set by booking site images. On the bright side, the bathrooms were particularly well-kept. The staff were exceptional, going out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, even dealing with language barriers. Despite the hotel's unfortunate placement near a noisy main road, it was conveniently close to various amenities. The dining offerings were decent, with a continental breakfast buffet. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel is a bit out of the way and the rooms are very old, not like the photos. The bed and room size were small, not as clean as expected. On the bright side, the service was really nice and friendly, offering advice on places to visit. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the port and bus station. The dining was cultural and nice, offering a variety of options.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms turned out to be no more than a big cupboard with no natural light and had a window on an internal corridor. They were not as clean as I expected and had an old-fashioned vibe with tiny old shower and a persistent wet smell. The location was convenient for reaching the port and bus station, but the drawback was the noise from the main island road. The service was lovely and accommodating, especially with my gluten allergy, but the room situation was a letdown.
The hotel is ideally located, close to the port and bus station with easy access to various parts of the island. Rooms are quite outdated, not matching the images, and feel cramped with minimal natural light. Service is exceptional, particularly catering to dietary needs and providing helpful recommendations. The dining experience offers a diverse continental spread. The hotel facilities are adequate but could use some updates.
